Webster Financial Corp., Waterbury, Conn., is interviewing candidates in a shortlist search for a bundled provider for its $65 million 401(k) plan, said Patrick Murphy, executive vice president-human resources. The plan, which offers 13 investment options, is unbundled, Mr. Murphy said. The retirement planning committee might decide to continue with the existing structure. UBS Financial Services, the current provider, and WySTAR Global Retirement Solutions, the third-party administrator and record keeper, were both allowed to rebid, Mr. Murphy said.
