Ohio School Employees' Retirement System, Columbus, named DePrince Race & Zollo and Hotchkis & Wiley as finalists for a $75 million active domestic large-cap value equity portfolio, said Laurel Johnson, communications director. The $6 billion system also named Merganser and Weiss Peck & Greer as finalists for an active intermediate fixed-income portfolio, also for $75 million, Ms. Johnson said. Funding will come from a reallocation of the assets from a fixed-income manager and an equity manager terminated last fall.
Trustees expect to make selections later this month. Frank Russell assisted.
