Autoliv ASP Inc., Ogden, Utah, completed asset-liability studies of its $146 million 401(k) plan and $51 million defined benefit plan for U.S. employees, and it will make no manager or policy changes, said Scott Baxter, compensation and benefits director. Watson Wyatt Investment Consulting was hired at the beginning of the year to conduct the studies, Mr. Baxter said. Watson Wyatt is actuary for the defined benefit plan. Northern Trust is bundled provider of the 401(k) plan, which offers nine investment options.
