University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Ind., is searching for an assistant investment officer to work in private investments, including venture capital, buyouts, energy and real estate for its $3.5 billion in endowment and other funds.
The assistant investment director will focus in particular on analysis and management of real estate, timber and energy investments. The candidate will work with Michael Donovan, senior investment director.
Notre Dame is seeking from candidates "the ability to source new investment ideas in these investment areas and perform due diligence work on potential external managers, according to a job description.
Qualifications include an MBA or a chartered financial analyst credential and at least five to seven years of professional experience, including real estate investment experience, preferably in institutional portfolios and strategies. Further information was unavailable.
