Candidates should have a minimum of five years portfolio management experience, and should come from a research-intensive background, Ms. Seitz said. Experience in managing high-net-worth portfolios also is important, she said. There's no timetable for the search, which is being conducted internally.
The two will join Tracy McCormick, who was hired earlier this month as a portfolio manager and also serves on the health care and technology sector equity research teams. She had been a portfolio manager at Northern Trust Global Investors, Chicago.
