The Austin Co., Cleveland, is conducting an informal shortlist actuary search for its $110 million pension plan, said Dennis Raymond, vice president of human resources. Plan officials want more access to actuarial data, he said. Current actuary Towers Perrin is included in the search, which is being handled internally and will be finished by the end of July. Watson Wyatt is the plans investment consultant, and Towers Perrin and Findley Davies both advise on plan liability and design. The plans asset allocation is 60% equity and 40% fixed income.
