Forward Management hired Hoover Investment Management as subadviser of a new mutual fund, the Forward Hoover Mini-Cap Fund. Irene Hoover, founder of Hoover Investment Management, invests the fund’s assets in domestic companies with market capitalizations of less than $1 billion. Ms. Hoover and her firm also subadvise the Forward Hoover Small Cap Equity Fund.
