Idaho Endowment Fund Investment Board, Boise, selected Oechsle and Marvin & Palmer as finalists in its search for a manager to run $40 million in active international growth equities, said Matthew J. Haertzen, manager of investments. Partial funding will come from reducing a $50 million active international value equity portfolio managed by Lazard Freres by $5 million or $6 million, and the remainder will come from rebalancing; Mr. Haertzen declined to identify the managers. A selection is expected by May 21, he said. RBC Dain Rauscher is advising.
The board oversees a $400 million public school endowment and $200 million pooled endowment.
