Mary Lisanti and Jeffrey Berstein were replaced as co-managers of the ING Growth Opportunities, MidCap Opportunities and SmallCap Opportunities funds by other ING portfolio managers. Ms. Lisanti and Mr. Bernstein "are pursuing opportunities outside the company," said Dana Ripley, director of external communications for ING US Financial Services. Neither could be reached for comment.
William F. Coughlin, Jonathan Kay, Anthony Cavlov and Michael Herberger all were hired by ING Investment Management Americas, New York, as large-cap value portfolio managers. They had been at Delta Capital Management LLC, New York, which ING is buying. Mr. Coughlin's team will assume management of the ING Large Company Value and MagnaCap mutual funds, replacing Thomas Jackson, who left the company, Mr. Ripley said.
