The Financial Accounting Foundation is seeking two members for the Financial Accounting Standards Board, both full-time positions. One would replace John K. Wulff, who is resigning; his term expires June 30, 2006. The other would replace John M. "Neel" Foster, whose term ends June 30 and is ineligible for reappointment.
Russell Reynolds Associates Inc.'s New York office is assisting the FAF in the recruitment. Both positions are based in Norwalk, Conn. The job pays $452,000 a year.
Before joining FASB, Mr. Wulff worked for Union Carbide Corp. for 12 years, most recently as chief financial officer. Mr. Foster had been vice president and treasurer of Compaq Computer Corp.
Both positions are considered the "industry, or corporate" seats on FASB's seven-member board, according to Joseph LaGambina, executive vice president.
