Swampscott (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System seeks an active core international equities manager to handle $2 million. The $23 million system is concerned about the performance of the portfolios current manager, which runs $1 million, said Kevin Leonard of consultant Segal Advisors. He would not identify the manager; State Street Global Advisors is listed in Money Market Directory as the systems international equity manager. The remainder of the funding will come from rebalancing.
Proposals are due April 14; RFPs are available from Rosemary Guillette via e-mail at [email protected] System officials expect to make a selection by late summer.
