Clarcor Inc., Rockford, Ill., is conducting comprehensive reviews of its $70 million pension plan and $70 million 401(k) plan; they will be finished by December, said JoAnn Buffington, director of compensation. Plan officials are conducting the studies because of the state of the current marketplace, she said. Manager changes are unlikely for either plan, she said. Vanguard Group is bundled provider for the 401(k) plan, according to the Money Market Directory.
