City Employees’ Retirement Fund, with $158 million in assets, hired TCW and Voyageur to manage $20 million each in active domestic core fixed income, said Mark Pietrosimone, controller. Partial funding will come from reducing INVESCO’s $18 million active domestic large-cap value equity portfolio; the balance will come from cash.
