Georges N. Smetana was named administrator of the $1.4 billion Graphic Communications International Union Supplemental Retirement and Disability Fund, Washington. He replaces George L. Griesbauer Jr., who retired. Mr. Smetana was member services manager at the San Diego County Employees Retirement Association.
