American Skandia Inc., Austin, Texas, hired The 401(k) Co. as record keeper for its $35.5 million 401(k) plan, said David Ort, employee services manager. The 401(k) Co. replaced Trustar, which left the defined contribution plan record-keeping business. Watson Wyatt Worldwide assisted.
The company also changed two of the 21 investment options offered by the plan, Mr. Ort said. It added the Goldman Sachs International Growth fund, replacing the JanCap Growth fund, and added William Blair International Growth, replacing Janus Overseas Growth, he said.
