Charles Machine Works Inc., Perry, Okla., hired Commerce Bank as investment provider, trustee and administrator, and BISYS as record keeper, of its new 401(k) plan, which will become active Jan. 1, said Michael F. Stodola, trust administrator. Mr. Stodola said 1,055 employees will be eligible for the new plan, which will probably offer 10 to 12 investment options. The company, which is not using a consultant, also has an $80 million ESOP/profit-sharing plan.
