Performance Analytics will be acquired by its executive vice president and senior consultant, William G. Lowery, effective Oct. 1. Terms were not disclosed. The firm will be renamed Lowery Asset Consulting, and Mr. Lowery will be CEO. He bought the firm from Robert P. Moseson, Performance Analytics president, co-founder and sole owner. Mr. Moseson said the sale was the result of his and Mr. Lowerys concern over succession and the continuity of the firm after Mr. Mosesons eventual retirement. "No other bids were sought, Mr. Moseson said of the sale. "Bills offer was reasonable.
Mr. Moseson said he will continue to work at the firm under a five-year contract, mainly involved with computer systems.
