Pan-American Life will launch a fiduciary liability management program for its 1,400 401(k) plan sponsors and advisers, said Brian Oberkirch, Pan-American Life spokesman. The program will be available to existing plan sponsors and advisers over the next year, and it is immediately available to new plan sponsors and advisers, Mr. Oberkirch said.
