Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, Columbus, will move $4 billion into an internally managed sector-neutral active domestic equity portfolio. Officials at the $48.5 billion plan believe the system can get 40-50 basis points of added value from the assets, said Neil Toth, director of investments. The assets currently are in an internally managed Russell 1000 index fund, and that index will be the new portfolio's benchmark.
