Parker-Hannifin Corp., Cleveland, hired Fidelity as record keeper and trustee of its 401(k) plan. Fidelity replaces SunGard as record keeper and Key Bank as trustee, said Josie Wilmore, manager, defined contribution plans. She declined to comment on the reason for the change.
