Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, Seattle, replaced the T. Rowe Price Value Fund with the T. Rowe Price Midcap Value Fund as an investment option in its $99 million 401(k)/profit-sharing plan, said Robert Mumford, benefits administrator. The change was made because the value fund had evolved into a large-cap fund, he said. The plan offers 11 mutual funds, three asset allocation portfolios derived from nine of the 11 mutual funds, and a self-directed brokerage account, he said. City National Investments is administrator, trustee and record keeper. Prime Investment Consulting Group advises on investment options.
