Chicopee (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System hired Segal Advisors to assist in a search for an active international equities manager to run about $8.5 million. The $89.5 million system did not have an investment consultant. Kevin Leonard, the Segal Advisors consultant who is assisting, declined to speculate on whether the system might replace existing international equities manager Aegon Asset Management. System officials hope to make a selection by the years end, Mr. Leonard said.
