Sompo Japan CIGNA Securities, a joint venture of CIGNA International and Sompo Japan Insurance, now offers bilingual services for the Japanese defined contribution pension market, according to a news release. English-language services now available to defined contribution customers in Japan include Internet services, call center services, enrollment kits and educational materials. Morgan Stanley Group in Japan is the first company to sign up to use the new English language service, according to the release. Sompo Japan CIGNA offers a variety of 401(k)-style savings plans and related defined contribution programs.
