Andrew Corp., Orland Park, Ill., added six investment options and a self-directed brokerage account to its $224 million 401(k) plan, said Jack Joyce, compensation and benefits manager. They are the Dodge & Cox Stock; Artisan Mid-Cap; Morgan Stanley Institutional Small Company Growth; American Funds Growth Fund; American Century Small-Cap Value; and Vanguard Small-Cap Index funds. It dropped the J.P. Morgan Diversified and U.S. Small Company, Fundamental Investors and INVESCO Dynamics funds, he said.
The plan now offers 15 investment options and a self-directed brokerage account, up from 13 options, he said. J.P. Morgan/American Century is administrator and record keeper; United Missouri Bank is trustee. DCA advised.
