Minnesota Power, Duluth, hired American Express Retirement Services as bundled provider of its recently combined 401(k) plan and ESOP, with $200 million in assets, said Nicole R. Johnson, human resources analyst. The plans were managed internally. The combined plan now has 15 investment options; the 401(k) plan had 10 options, including a company stock option. The new funds are from American Express, Alliance Capital and Franklin Templeton.
