Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, Columbus, is looking for a senior analyst, international equity, a new position. Neil Toth, director of investments for the $54 billion system, expects the search to be completed in the summer. The system also plans to hire a fixed-income portfolio manager, another new position, by the end of the month.
Hudepohl & Associates is assisting in both searches.
Separately, the system is creating a rough draft of an emerging managers policy that would relax its usual requirements for assets under management and performance when considering firms owned by women and minorities. System officials will revisit the issue in the summer. Ennis Knupp will assist in creating the draft.
