Angelo G. Manioudakis was named senior vice president and leader of a new domestic fixed-income team at OppenheimerFunds. He was executive director and portfolio manager at Morgan Stanley's Miller Anderson Sherrerd division.
Mr. Manioudakis will be joined by Benjamin J. Gord, who will direct quantitative research and analysis for fixed income, and Charles Moon, portfolio manager. Mr. Gord was senior risk manager and portfolio manager at Morgan Stanley MAS, and Mr. Moon was a portfolio manager at Morgan Stanley MAS.
Bret Galloway, a spokesman for Morgan Stanley, did not return calls by press time regarding replacements.
The new investment-grade fixed-income team will replace John Kowalik, Leslie Falconio and Gina Palmieri, who are no longer with OppenheimerFunds, said Gregory Stitt, spokesman.
Mr. Stitt would not say why they were replaced.
