Morrison & Foerster, San Francisco, is reviewing the 21 investment options in its $250 million 401(k) plan, said Scott Hadley, benefits analyst. He said the plan likes to review its options annually. Bundled provider Merrill Lynch is conducting the study, which will be concluded within the next two months, he said.
