Persumma Financial, a subsidiary of The MassMutual Financial Group, has been closed, and almost all of its plan sponsor clients have been transferred to MassMutual, said Tom Johnson, senior vice president of MassMutual Financial Group. Mr. Johnson said Persumma did not meet projected profits in the three-year window given it by MassMutual.
