John D. McClelland, who oversaw the $3 billion real estate portfolio at Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association, Pasadena, will leave at the end of the month to become managing director at Chadwick, Saylor. He also will be president of the firms investment management affiliate, CS Capital Management, a new position.
Gloria Gil was named acting director of real estate at LACERA, said Marsha Richter, CEO of the $27 billion system. Ms. Gil was an investment officer in the real estate unit at the association; information on whether that position has been filled was not available at press time.
Details on filling the vacancy have not been determined.
