Tennessee Treasury Department, Nashville, is searching for a master custodian for the $24 billion Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System, $220 million Chairs of Excellence Endowment Fund and $27 million Baccalaureate Education System Trust, said Richard DuBray, RFP coordinator at the Treasury Department. He said the Treasury Department is required by the state to seek competitive bidding every few years. Incumbent State Street Bank has been asked to rebid. The current allocation is 60% fixed income, 40% equity. Proposals are due Dec. 21.
