Arkansas Deferred Compensation Fund, Little Rock, hired CitiStreet and Stephens Inc. as administrators for the funds expanded $200 million 457 plan, which will offer more investment options, individualized retirement planning and advice. One key change is that the plan will offer mutual fund investing; previously, participants could invest only in annuities. Officials have not decided how many options will be offered.
CitiStreet will provide master record keeping, plan administration and communications with plan members. Stephens will manage the plan assets.
