Foliofn, an electronic brokerage firm that lets investors create their own mutual fund-like baskets of stocks, announced it will charge no fees in months after the S&P 500 declines. It will charge investors a flat $39.95 in fees only if the broad market index rises in the preceding month, said Steven M.H. Wallman, Foliofn CEO, in a news release.
