Sergey Davalchenko and Christine Schneider were named vice presidents at Oppenheimer Capital, both new positions. They will help manage Oppenheimers international value and global value equity products, said Jeff Sheran, marketing director.
Mr. Davalchenko, who also will serve as a senior research analyst, was an analyst and assistant portfolio manager at the $58 billion Wisconsin State Investment Board, Madison. The search for a replacement has not begun, said Vicki Hearing, a board spokeswoman.
Ms. Schneider, who also will be a product specialist at Oppenheimer, was an international economist and product marketer at Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette.
