Massachusetts Pension Reserves Investment Management Board, Boston, is searching for a firm to administer securities lending services. The $29 billion pension fund will issue an RFP next week, said Jerrold Mitchell, CIO. The board is satisfied with incumbent Goldman Sachs, whose contract expires at the end of the year, but it decided to test the market because the system hadnt sought bids for securities lending in the past, Mr. Mitchell said.
