Tulsa (Okla.) County Employees’ Retirement System named AMR Investment Services, Northern Trust Global Investments and Brandes as finalists in its search for an international equity manager to run $20 million, said Bob Hyer, second deputy treasurer. The $140 million plan will fund the new allocation through rebalancing. Board members think an international portfolio will help improve risk and return, Mr. Hyer said.
A final decision will be made the first week of September.
