West Virginia College Prepaid Tuition and Savings Program, Charleston, is searching for a program management firm to provide marketing, administration and investment services for its new 529 plan. The firm will manage a series of new savings options and may provide investment management services for the prepaid tuition program. Under the states College Prepaid Tuition and Savings Act, enacted April 12, the savings program will be opened to investors nationwide this winter. The RFP is available at www.wvtreasury.com; proposals are due Sept. 14.
