PricewaterhouseCoopers plans to sell Unifi Network, its rebranded human resources outsourcing unit that includes its defined contribution record-keeping and consulting businesses, said Michael Sternklar, COO for outsourcing services. A buyer for Unifi has not been announced, but a sale is expected soon, said Mr. Sternklar, who has worked on past mergers involving Pricewaterhouse-Coopers. He would not comment further on possible buyers.
