Norfolk County Retirement System, Canton, Mass., is searching for a private equity manager to run up to $10 million. The $390 million pension plan will fund the investment by reducing its domestic equity and fixed-income allocations. RFPs are available from consultant Wainwright Investment Counsel; proposals are due at noon EDT Aug. 22 and can be mailed to Joan A. Ventura, executive director for the system.
Also, the system retained INVESCO as active domestic small-cap value equity manager, running $25 million. The firm had been on watch, but its performance has improved, said a spokesman at Wainwright.
