Jeffrey A. Geller was named executive vice president at Commonfund Asset Management, a new position. Mr. Geller, who has extensive experience working with derivatives and hedging strategies, will take control of the investment process at the firm. Todd E. Petzel, president of Commonfund Asset, said hiring Mr. Geller will allow him to shift his focus from asset-management oversight to working in a broader capacity with the Commonfund Group’s other businesses and sales and marketing.
