Greenbriar Equity Group closed its Greenbriar Equity Fund, the firm’s first private equity fund specializing in transportation and related industries. Institutional investors committed more than $700 million to the fund since last year. Investors include the $41 billion Boeing Co. pension fund, Seattle; the $25.5 billion Lockheed Martin Corp. pension fund, Bethesda, Md.; and the $10.7 billion Delta Air Lines pension fund, Atlanta.
