Jeffrey S. Muti was named managing director at private equity firm Dailey Capital Management, a new position. He will focus on deal origination and negotiations for middle-market leveraged buyouts and growth investments.
Mr. Muti was a managing director at Lincolnshire Management. A spokeswoman there, who refused to give her name, said the firm has no plans to replace him.
