State of New Hampshire hired Fidelity Investments to provide the state’s Advisor College Investing Plan, one of the few 529 college savings plans to be sold through a financial adviser. Plan investors and their advisers can select from eight portfolios based on the beneficiary’s age and years until entering college, or they may design custom portfolios. Fidelity also manages New Hampshire’s UNIQUE College Investing Plan.
