Linda Lettera was named general counsel of the $106 billion Florida State Board of Administration, Tallahassee. She replaces Horace Schow. Ms. Lettera was general counsel of the state’s department of revenue. Mr. Schow will continue to oversee the board’s securities litigation and derivative lawsuits, working under a private contractual arrangement.
