Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System, Oklahoma City, named PIMCO, Metropolitan West Capital and Western Asset Management as finalists in its search for a core-plus fixed-income manager to handle $450 million, said Kirk Stebbins, chief investment officer. The board for the $5 billion system will select a manager next month. Funding will come from terminating an existing manager Mr. Stebbins would not name.
Also, the system retained Hoisington Investment Management as manager of a $411 million active domestic fixed-income portfolio.
