Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System, Oklahoma City, named PIMCO, Metropolitan West Capital and Western Asset Management as finalists in its search for a $450 million core-plus fixed-income manager, said Kirk Stebbins, chief investment officer. The $5 billion systems board will make a selection next month. Funding will come from terminating an existing manager Mr. Stebbins would not name.
Also, the system retained Hoisington Investment Management as manager for a $411 million active domestic fixed-income portfolio.
