Randy Steiner was promoted to CFO of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, replacing Jose Debasa, who will retire, said a spokeswoman. He will be in charge of the archdiocese’s $700 million endowment. Mr. Steiner was the director of financial services for the endowment; he will not be replaced.
