Like many of the websites evaluated, MFS added several new features to its participant site this year. "The MFS site isn't super flashy, but it is extremely clean, and the look and feel is very consistent," said one judge.
The site provides a full array of account data and tools as well as interviews with portfolio managers and national experts on a range of financial planning topics.
The site provides a "good mix of content, personalization and interactivity," said another judge.
The website overhaul "makes it a much more useful resource," said Jerry Potts, senior vice president of marketing and communications at MFS.
