Robert Crispin was named president and chief investment officer of ING Investment Management, where he will oversee all investment management activities throughout the Americas.
Mr. Crispin was executive vice president of distribution at UnumProvident. Elaine D. Rosen, executive vice president of customer development, has assumed his duties there.
