Edward McMillan, president of Bee & Associates, a division of Denver Investment Advisors, will retire June 15 after eight years with the small-cap equity manager. Mr. McMillan joined the firm as a partner with founder Bruce Bee in 1993, becoming president after Mr. Bee died in 1999.
Mr. McMillan is considering options outside the institutional asset management business. He won’t be replaced.
